Reorder, Expand & Collapse in the Workspace Panel
You can now create divisions within workspaces. Divisions can help you organize and group related worksheets into one category within the workspace. You can easily create division by clicking on three-dot icon of the workspace name. Then, click on 'Add Division', name it and click on ADD button.
Besides, you can now perform the following operations on the workspace panel:
- Reorder Workspaces
In the ‘Worksheets’ page, just click on the six-dot icon on the left side of the workspace name, move up or down as you wish and drop the workspace. Workspace order is changed!
- Expand & Collapse divisions of any workspace
In the ‘Worksheets’ page, you can find a rightward arrow beside the workspace name. Click on the same to expand and a list of divisions created in that workspace appear before you. Now, click on the downward arrow to collapse the list.
Furthermore, you can also modify or delete any divisions of a workspace.
Simple, isn’t it?
Delete Dependency UI Updates
‘Delete Dependency’ now has a cleaner UI. It specifies the following entities for user’s benefit before they proceed with any item deletion:
- Dependency Ref - Feature on which dependency is referred to (e.g.: name of dashboard, report, or worksheet)
- Dependency Worksheet - Name of the worksheet, the feature is dependent on.
- Dependency Type - Type of the dependency item (e.g.: dynamic formula, dashboard, etc.)
- Action - Option for redirection to the dependency or deleting the dependency.
